The ArtCare program is an initiative created by the youth mental health nonprofit Mind4Youth that encourages volunteers to create positive, supportive cards for young people experiencing mental health challenges. These cards are included in Mind4Youth's HeartCare mental health kits, which are distributed to underserved youth and communities.
