Role Summary:

We are seeking a Marketing Growth Analyst / Marketing Data Analyst to manage campaigns, analyze performance, and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. The role involves using analytics, paid search, and digital marketing tools to ensure campaigns align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy updates, budget monitoring, and performance tracking
• Track and analyze website and campaign performance using analytics tools
• Share analytics and performance updates with actionable insights and recommendations
• Support growth efforts by identifying opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with landing pages and growth goals
• Document processes and contribute to marketing strategy improvements

Required Skills:

• Understanding of paid search, keyword analysis, and ad performance metrics
• Familiarity with analytics metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions, and traffic trends
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Tag Manager (basic tracking and UTM support)
• Process documentation and effective communication
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Skills: (Nice to have, not required):

• Experience in SEO, SEM, or growth marketing
• Familiarity with additional analytics or marketing automation tools
• Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or digital marketing environments
