Help hospice patients feel and look their best: become a cosmetology volunteer! (Milwaukee)

Sometimes it's the smallest of gestures that can make the most impact. Heartland Hospice is looking for professional, licensed cosmetologists to brighten a patient's day and lift their spirits by providing a fresh haircut, beard trim (for the gentlemen!) and possible styling, if requested. A haircut and friendly conversation can go a long way in helping home-bound patients look and feel their best. Providing these services is based around your availability and the patient's location.

All interested applicants must: be at least 18-years-old, have a current cosmetology license, fill out application paperwork, agree to a background and reference check, attend an orientation and complete two TB tests. Vaccine documentation required.
