Field Operations (North) Team Lead

Position Summary

Oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of field operations initiatives in the central district to support the organization’s mission and engagement goals. Leads the northern field team in building relationships with community groups, volunteers, and local organizations. Ensures field operations are strategic, organized, and aligned with organizational values and campaign priorities. Serves as the primary point of coordination between the central field team and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Northern Field Operations team, including task delegation and scheduling
• Oversee field initiatives across the central district, including voter outreach, canvassing, and community engagement
• Develop and guide field strategies that support voter engagement, volunteer recruitment, and mobilization goals
• Collaborate with Communications, Events, Partnerships, and Outreach teams to ensure alignment of field efforts
• Review field materials, scripts, and messaging for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to campaign standards
• Track field activities, contacts, and outcomes to inform strategy and reporting
• Provide guidance, feedback, and support to field team members
• Support onboarding, training, and development of new field staff and volunteers
• Ensure professionalism, inclusivity, and accountability in all field operations activities
