Enhabit is flexible to the volunteer’s availability for in-person visits. However, we are looking for individuals who have consistent availability and can offer at least one hour a week.

Any volunteer who wants to join our team will be required to pass a drug test, a Tuberculosis test, and a background check. A Covid Vaccine is not required.

Descrição
Enhabit Hospice is looking for individuals who can offer patient and family support through in-person visits. This can include (but is not limited to) visiting with patients in their home setting, providing companionship by listening to patient's stories and engaging in their interests, helping our hospice team understand the needs of the patient and family, providing respite time for the patient's primary caregiver, or sitting with patient and their loved ones in the last 24-48 hours of life.
No experience with hospice? No problem! In our orientation process, we will educate you on our goals and values so you can work with our team to bring the best care and comfort possible to our patients.
