LoopRoots Foundation is seeking a highly motivated Volunteer Program Development Lead to assist in building and launching a new family stabilization and caregiver support initiative focused on supporting underserved and justice-impacted families.

This role will help us develop the structure, workflows, and launch strategy for a new caregiver and family support network that will include vetted caregiver support, family assistance services, supervised activity support concepts, transportation coordination planning, and community stabilization services.

The selected volunteer will assist with:

• Program planning and development
• Caregiver waitlist and onboarding concepts
• Safety and screening workflow research
• Launch planning and operational recommendations
• Caregiver intake and verification processes
• Partnership and expansion research
• Community support program structuring
