PIT PAWS is expanding! With our new terminal opening, we’re seeking certified therapy dog teams to bring smiles and comfort to travelers. Join us and make every journey a little brighter.
PIT PAWS - PUPS Alleviating Worry and Stress - is Pittsburgh International Airport’s Volunteer Therapy Dog Program.
- Show off your furry friend
- Assist passengers by providing helpful information and wayfinding
- Create a fun, positive, and stress-free experience
- Promote the airport and PIT PAWS program
Volunteer Requirements
- Alliance of Therapy Dogs (ATD) Certification
- 2 visits per month commitment
- Interview and airport security
- background check required
