Famcare is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Board of Directors and help steer our organization towards a brighter, healthier future for Southern New Jersey communities.

About Famcare:

Famcare is a Title X-funded family planning agency dedicated to providing high-quality sexual and reproductive health services and across Gloucester, Cumberland, and Salem counties.

At Famcare, our mission is clear: to provide essential health services and support to those who need it most, with a focus on Gloucester, Cumberland, and Salem counties. As a board member, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our organization, ensuring that we continue to meet the needs of our community with compassion, integrity, and excellence.

What to expect:

• Board meetings every other month (about 90 minutes)
• Mostly remote, with occasional in-person meetings
• A collaborative, mission-driven group committed to community health
• 3-year term with the option to renew

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Finance or accounting
• Marketing or communications
• Community leadership or advocacy
• Fundraising or development

Most importantly, we’re looking for people who believe in our mission and want to help amplify it.
