Lunch & Learn: Contract Ready-How to Win Goverment & Prime Contractor Work

This workshop is designed for business owners and contractors who want to understand how to successfully compete for government contracts and prime contractor opportunities.

Participants will learn about the different types of contracts used by government agencies and large primes, including how they are structured, who they are best suited for, and what is required to qualify. The session will also provide insight into what procurement specialists look for when evaluating vendors—from compliance and documentation to experience, pricing, and reliability.
