ARCS is a community building effort that relies heavily on the commitment of its volunteers. Our mission is to create social change through culture and education. We promote projects that build bridges between cultures, with an emphasis on Eastern European and Romanian contributions to the melting pot. Visit our website here: https://arcsproject.org/.
