Join Dulce Vida Animal Rescue as a Volunteer Sales & Product Strategist
About Us:
Dulce Vida Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving California and Mexico. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome sick, abused, and abandoned dogs and cats. We also provide spay and neuter services through local clinic partnerships and promote responsible pet ownership within our communities.
Role Summary:
We’re building a new website—and we need your help to make it shine! As a Website Support volunteer, you’ll work on our Squarespace platform to update, optimize, and build out pages that tell our story, promote adoptions, and support our rescue efforts. You will:
- Help design and structure pages for clarity and engagement
- Update text, images, and layouts using Squarespace tools
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and SEO best practices
- Support the launch of new features and improve site usability
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with Squarespace or similar website builders
- Eye for design, organization, and user experience
- Basic knowledge of SEO or web accessibility is a plus
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
