About Us:

Time-In Moms is a nonprofit that gives moms a much-needed “time-in” by providing 90-minute blocks of support in three areas: light cleaning, meal prep, and child care. Our mission is to ease the daily load on moms, strengthen families, and support moms’ mental health and well-being.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for friendly, community-minded volunteers to help us spread the word about Time-In Moms and connect with families and local partners. Outreach Volunteers play a key role in letting moms know about our services and building relationships with organizations, schools, and community groups.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to local businesses, churches, ect. talking about our mission
• Share flyers and materials
• Post about our services in local online groups (Facebook, Nextdoor, moms’ groups).
• Assist with outreach emails and phone calls to partners or donors.
• Gather contact information for potential families, volunteers, and partners.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable talking with people.
• Good communication skills.
• Organized and reliable with follow-up.
• Passion for supporting moms and families.

Time Commitment:

• Flexible — 2–4 hours a week, depending on outreach needs and events.
