Hospital Partnerships Associate

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who understands how to build relationships with healthcare institutions and is passionate about improving healthcare access through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions for potential partnership opportunities.
• Conduct outreach to hospital administrators, medical directors, and other decision-makers.
• Present BawaHealth's services and partnership opportunities to prospective institutions.
• Support the onboarding and activation of healthcare institutions on the platform.
• Maintain strong relationships with partner hospitals and serve as a primary point of contact.
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions.
• Track partnership activities and maintain accurate records within internal systems.
• Work closely with the product and operations teams to ensure partner satisfaction and successful implementation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience in healthcare administration, business development, partnerships, account management, or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to engage senior healthcare stakeholders professionally.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems, hospital operations, or digital health solutions is an advantage.
