The Opportunity

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable volunteers to help create an exceptional experience for our speakers, guests, and attendees. This is an opportunity to go behind the scenes of one of Climate Week's most unique gatherings, meet inspiring leaders from around the world, and contribute to an event focused on solving real global challenges.

Volunteer Roles

Depending on your interests and experience, volunteers may assist with:

• Guest registration and check-in
• Speaker and VIP support
• Room management
• Event setup and breakdown
• Wayfinding and attendee assistance
• General event operations

We're Looking For

• Friendly, professional, and dependable individuals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for climate, innovation, entrepreneurship, or social impact
• Ability to commit to at least one half-day shift (more is welcome)

No previous event experience is required, we'll provide guidance and support. Must be able to attend an online orientation!
