Medic One Foundation 2026 Lifesavers Gala

You are invited to volunteer with us at the Medic One Foundation’s 2026 Lifesavers Gala! Proceeds will provide world-class training and education for up to 32 new Medic One paramedics for the Puget Sound region.

The event itself will take place on Saturday, October 24, from 5:30-10:00 PM at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue. We are looking for volunteers who would be willing to help us out with pre-event setup (1:00-5:00 PM) and/or night-of auction support (4:00-10:00 PM).

This is a great opportunity to:

- Learn more about our world-renown Medic One Paramedic Training Program

- Show your support for your local First Responders

- Share your talent and energy with a group of caring individuals

- Help raise money for our regional EMS system.

Volunteer opportunities include:

Night of (4:00 pm-10 pm):

- Guest check in

- Live and silent auction recorders and monitors

- Raffle ticket sales

- Auction check out

- Clean up

Day of (1:00pm - 5:00pm):

- Pre-event area set-up

- Auction display set-up

- Table/Centerpiece decorating
