Through peer-to-peer learning, students engage in projects that explore fairness, bias, and responsibility in technology, transforming their creative work into educational resources for global peers. Our mission is to foster youth leadership in shaping a more ethical and inclusive digital future.

    About the Role

    We are seeking a proactive and organized Junior Recruiter to support our volunteer recruitment efforts, with potential exposure to staff hiring as we scale. This is a training-focused role ideal for individuals pursuing careers in HR or Talent Acquisition.

    Responsibilities

    • Post and promote volunteer roles.
    • Source and screen volunteer candidates.
    • Coordinate interviews and maintain ATS records.
    • Communicate updates to volunteer candidates.
    • Support onboarding processes for volunteers.
    • Assist with future staff hiring initiatives as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Previous HR, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems.
    • High attention to detail.
