Unpaid, Volunteer Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) on Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 12 PM Pacific time

Compensation:

Initially, this position will be on a volunteer basis. As a token of appreciation, Spark TV will provide a tax-deductible receipt for the hours you generously donate.

Once Spark TV begins receiving donations, you will transition to a paid role. We are happy to discuss and agree upon a fair compensation rate in advance, so there is clarity and mutual understanding from the start.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead engaging, virtual workshops on the Five Love Languages framework
• Teach students how to recognize and communicate their emotional needs
• Provide interactive activities that help students apply love language principles in daily life
• Create a supportive, positive learning environment for personal development
• Encourage self-awareness, empathy, and healthy communication skills

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Strong background in emotional intelligence, relationship counseling, or personal development
• Excellent communication and teaching skills
• Enthusiasm for mentoring students from diverse backgrounds
• Comfortable delivering engaging lessons in a remote/virtual setting

Classes will be conducted online via video chat, allowing you the flexibility to teach from anywhere in the world. Sessions are scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Pacific Time.
