Join us for a vital community effort to learn about our neighbors living outside and help resolve their homelessness. At the Unsheltered Point-In-Time (PIT) Count, you will work in a small team to walk or drive assigned routes then identify and conduct brief, anonymous surveys with individuals sleeping outdoors. Your participation ensures our community receives the federal funding and resources necessary to provide critical housing and support services to those with the greatest need. This biannual effort is organized by Sacramento Steps Forward.
Make sure to add your group name at registration (if signing up with a team) and indicate in the notes if you’d like to volunteer for both dates
