Volunteers are needed at WHITE LAKE OAKS GOLF COURSE in White Lake Township, MI April 1 through mid-November
Free Golf! Work at least one shift and receive one round of golf for free in the same week.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The primary responsibilities of Golf Volunteers are to assist paid staff with a variety of tasks such as: cart attendant, starter, outing setup, litter monitoring and clean up, washing equipment and maintaining flower beds.
- Golf Volunteers may also assist with various emergencies such as weather and medical emergencies.
- Assist customers with any questions and needs.
- Communicate effectively with the public and fellow employees.
Shifts Available:
Availability for the entire season is preferred.
- Mondays 7 - 11 am, 11 am - 3 pm or 3 pm - close
- Tuesdays 11 am - 3 pm
- Wednesdays 11 am - 3 pm
- Thursdays 11 am - 3 pm
- Fridays 11 am - 3 pm
- Saturdays 11 am - 3 pm or 3 pm - close
- Sundays 11 am - 3 pm or 3 pm - close

- Complete and pass a background check (adults 18+ only).
Our Parks Commission has directed us to perform background checks that include a search of these 3 areas:
- Nationwide Criminal Database
- Social Security Address Trace
- Nationwide Sex Offender Registry
This step is intended to provide for the safety and security of Park patrons, other volunteers and staff at our recreation programs and operations.
