Social Media Manager (MD Residents)

Lucky & Blessed Fishing is looking for an independent and self motivated individual to join our social media team!

What we are looking for:

• Content creation: Writing engaging posts and creating basic graphics
• Platform knowledge: Understanding the nuances of different social media platforms and how to engage with their audiences
• Analytics: Understanding social media analytics and performance
• Scheduling and tools: Familiarity with scheduling tools and analytics platforms
• Customer service: Responding to comments and messages promptly
• Research: Being able to research products to answer customer questions
• Staying on top of trends: Keeping up with news and algorithm updates
• Design tools: Proficiency with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or Adobe Illustrator
• Copy editing and proofreading: Reviewing team members' work to ensure it's grammatically correct and error-free
• Building relationships: Establishing and building relationships with your audience
• AI-enabled tools: Using AI-enabled tools to gather and act on audience insights
