Game Day Volunteers - Roller Derby!

Your roller derby experience begins at 9am when you arrive at Sparkles of Kennesaw. Your help is needed with set up, checking in our athletes and referees, ticketing and other logistical needs. Once the first whistle is blown at 11:30am, you are invited to watch the action! Peach State Roller Derby vs. Middle Georgia Derby Demons (Macon) is sure to excite fans of all ages. Roller Derby is a full contact sport, our athletes train hard, and hit hard!

There may be some minor tasks during the game like setting up our fun half-time show or assisting our bout manager, Meowy Pop'ems. That's right - we all use an alias! That's part of the fun - think about your derby name!

When the game is over, around 1pm, we ask that you assist with our quick tear down. Please note that some responsibilities may require bending and lifting. If you have specific requests just let us know and we will accomodate you - roller derby is for everyone!

Once we have an opportunity to thank you, we invite you to join us at the after-party, right down the road at Old Town Bar and Grill.

• Group Size Range: 1 - 10+
• No Donation Required to Participate
• Volunteers of all ages are welcome, but only those 18 and older are allowed to perform tasks on the skate floor.
