You can hand out food to our neighbors in need during the afternoons from 12:30-4:30pm. We have shifts available on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays.
Our food pantry serves shelf stable food, fresh produce, refrigerated and frozen foods. Volunteers will assist our shoppers and bag food for them.
You can make a difference in helping to end hunger to over 350 Households facing food insecurities who visit EACH WEEK!
Weekly volunteers and Spanish speakers are greatly appreciated for the PM shift!

Sign up to volunteer at Pathways of Hope by filling out a volunteer application at www.pohoc.org/volunteer and make a difference in our community.
You will then be contacted to complete the volunteer registration process. Please do not show up at the food pantry until you have completed the initial phone registration & training.
Requirements: Volunteers need to be aged 18 or older, complete an online volunteer application (takes only a few minutes), sign a volunteer waiver and a checklist, be able to navigate our scheduling software, complete the ServSafe Certification for food pantries, be able to lift 20 lbs, and wear closed-toed shoes.

Pathways of Hope is a nonprofit organization that serves families and individuals throughout North Orange County. For almost 50 years Pathways of Hope has been providing food, shelter, and support and prevention services to the hungry, homeless, and marginalized through the assistance of local congregations, volunteers, businesses, and grants from foundations and government agencies. The Pathways of Hope HUB of Hope offers emergency food, hygiene, and sanitation items to homeless and low-income families and individuals and is also a walk-up center for individuals and families seeking housing assistance.
