Volunteer Chief Operating Officer (COO) — Hybrid

Change Me Foundation Inc. is seeking a mission-driven Volunteer Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help strengthen operations and scale the impact of a growing nonprofit focused on youth mental health, community outreach, and trauma-informed programs.

This hybrid leadership role supports internal systems, program efficiency, and organizational growth. The COO works closely with the Founder/CEO and leadership team to improve workflows, support program implementation, and build operational structure that allows the organization to expand services and serve more families.

Responsibilities include:

• Strengthening day-to-day organizational operations

• Improving systems, workflows, and internal processes

• Supporting program coordination and performance tracking

• Assisting with strategic planning and operational growth

• Developing policies and operational best practices

• Supporting volunteer coordination and team structure

• Collaborating on budgeting and resource management

• Participating in leadership meetings and major events

We are looking for professionals, creatives, or early-career leaders with experience in operations, project management, nonprofit leadership, or organizational development. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and passionate about youth mental health and community impact.
