As a complement to our International Humanitarian Aid Program, MedWish Medworks organizes and executes medical mission trips in partnership with healthcare providers in countries in need of support. Through our Brigades Program, volunteers facilitate free clinics to provide quality medical treatment and improve access to care for local residents in under-resourced communities. Medical professionals and non-medical participants are welcome on our Brigades. Both will have the opportunity to serve in the different aspects of the project.
There are two Brigades planned for the summer of 2026 - one to the Dominican Republic and one to Honduras. Both local sites have been partners before. To find out all the details about our organization, travel dates, cost, host sites, accommodations, etc. please head to Brigades — MedWish Medworks. You'll find info packets for each trip and the link for registration. The registration deadline, including deposit to hold your spot, is March 15, 2026. This is our office and warehouse location. We will be packing supplies and many of the brigade participants will be leaving and returning to the Cleveland airport. It is not, however, mandatory. We can coordinate meeting participants at either brigade site airport.
