GOOGLE ADS COORDINATOR

Young Mothers, Inc. (YMI) is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Google Ads Coordinator to help expand our reach and connect more young mothers with life-changing resources. This is a remote volunteer opportunity ideal for someone interested in digital marketing, nonprofit growth, and purpose-driven work.

Position Summary

In this role, you’ll manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Google Ad Grants, to increase awareness, engagement, and support for YMI’s programs. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our message reaches the right audiences at the right time.

What You’ll Do

• • Create, manage, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research to improve visibility and targeting
  • Write and test compelling ad copy that drives engagement and action
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Track key metrics and prepare monthly performance reports
  • Collaborate with Website and Communications teams to align ads with landing pages and messaging
  • Support campaign strategies that promote programs, events, and fundraising initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• • Experience with Google Ads or a strong willingness to learn
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfort working with data, metrics, and performance insights
  • Creative thinking for writing effective and engaging ad copy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Reliable and able to work independently in a remote environment
