Music Support Volunteer Needed in CT

Are you a certified music therapist with a passion for using your gifts to bring comfort, peace and joy to others? Athena Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Music Therapist Volunteer to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families.

What You'll Do:

• Provide supportive music therapy sessions to hospice patients in facilities.
• Use music to enhance emotional well-being, reduce anxiety and promote relaxation.
• Offer meaningful moments of connection and comfort for patients and families.
• Collaborate with our hospice care team to support hollistic, patient-centered care.

What We're Looking For:

• Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC)
• Compassionate, reliable and dedicated to serving others.
• Comfortable working with patients at end-of-life and their families.
• Ability to commit to a regular volunteer schedule. (Flexible schedule available)
