About Momivate
Momivate is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering mothers as they raise the next generation. We provide resources, community, and inspiration to help moms thrive in every season of motherhood. We’re looking for volunteers to help with our Mothering Convention on October 10, 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Seeks out and coordinates vendors (both booths and gift bag/coupon ads).
- Works with Marketing/Sponsorships ChairMom (sponsors often provide forms of advertising)
- Works with Speaker ChairMom (many speakers are vendors)
- Compendium ChairMom (for ads in the directory).
Time Commitment & Expectations
- Dedicate a minimum of 3 hours per week to duties and outreach.
- Attend weekly meeting with Mothering Convention Team
- Attend Mothering Convention all day event, October 10, 2026 in Sandy, Utah
- Communicate proactively if circumstances impact your ability to fulfill responsibilities.
