Job Summary

We’re looking for a Remote Event Coordinator to support the planning and host our online panel discussions. This role is about presence, flow, and connection.

You will work closely with the Marketing Director to host the show, engage panelists, guide conversations, and ensure each session feels intentional, welcoming, and professionally run. Think of it like hosting a well-curated corporate gathering, where your role is to make everyone feel prepared, comfortable, and heard.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and moderate virtual panel discussions, guiding conversations and maintaining a smooth flow
• Engage panelists before events with clear communication, reminders, and preparation details.
• Ask thoughtful questions and facilitate audience engagement during live sessions.
• Support panelists during the event to ensure they feel comfortable and confident on screen.
• Coordinate show logistics on StreamYard, including timing, transitions, and basic technical flow.
• Work closely with the Marketing Director to align show topics, goals, and tone.
• Follow up with panelists after events to maintain relationships and encourage continued engagement.
• Help create a warm, professional environment that reflects Womenful Voice’s mission and values.
