Role Overview
The Fundraising Coordinator (Volunteer) of Major Donor Programs will play a vital role in driving the Foundation’s fundraising efforts. This position is ideal for someone with experience or an interest in nonprofit fundraising, event planning, and donor relations.
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising Strategy Development:
o Work with leadership to develop and implement fundraising campaigns.
o Identify potential funding opportunities, including grants, sponsorships, and individual donors.
Campaign Coordination:
o Plan and coordinate fundraising events.
o Manage donor databases and track contributions.
Donor Relations:
o Cultivate relationships with donors through personalized communication and updates.
o Draft thank-you letters, emails, and social media acknowledgments.

o Assist in writing grant proposals and preparing required documentation.
Marketing Support:

Minimum Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in using tools like Google Workspace and fundraising platforms.
