Thursday help needed doing easy scripted phone calls to our patients

We call it our "Tuck In" Program. These scripted calls are so simple - but so meaningful! It offers an easy way to give security and comfort to our patients - kind of like the feeling of being tucked in with a cozy blanket and pillow at night.

Our hospice needs a volunteer to help make phone calls to our patients' care facilities and homes on Thursdays each week to ensure they have all the medical supplies needed to get them through the weekend.

Our office is open between 8:00am and 5:00pm, so there's flexibility in the time of day on Thursday when the volunteer work can be done. It will take approximately 2 hours to complete the calls.

WHERE DOES THE VOLUNTEER WORK TAKE PLACE:

Our Administrative office in Gilbert, near Baseline and Gilbert Roads

REQUIREMENTS TO SERVE:

• Valid Arizona Driver's License
• You must be aged 17+
• A negative Tuberculosis test result (we can do the test for free in our office)
• Background check
• Drug Screening
• Two-hour in-person training class in our office located at Baseline and Gilbert
• Take home "Open book" online training/test
