At Swan Hospice, we believe every life deserves to be celebrated — especially on their birthday. Our new volunteer program, The Birthday Club, is all about bringing smiles, laughter, and love to our patients on their special day.

What We Do:

Members of The Birthday Club visit patients in their homes or care facilities to:

🎈 Deliver a birthday card and balloon

🎵 Sing “Happy Birthday”

💖 Share joy, kindness, and companionship

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking cheerful, compassionate volunteers who enjoy connecting with seniors and spreading happiness. No musical talent required — just a caring heart and a warm smile!

Commitment:

Visits are flexible and based on your availability. Even a few hours a month can make a meaningful difference.
