Applicant needs to have an accounting background.
Will be required to:
Review Financial Statements prepared by our Business Manager and produce a Treasurer's Report every six weeks for board meetings;
Review the annual tax return prepared by our Business Manager;
Provide assistance with financial information for grant applications when the Business Manager is unavailable;
Meet with our investment advisor and Business Manager quarterly/semi-annually on zoom.
Attend 8 board meetings annually(can miss 1 or 2 if out of town); and
Attend Executive Committee meetings before each board meeting.

STEHM is located in Wilmington, DE but the position only requires that you travel to Wilmington every six weeks for the board meetings (we are off in July and August). The applicant can reside in nearby PA as well, as many of our board members do.
