If you’re ready to lend your talents to empower women, build meaningful connections, and help others grow beyond their limits, we want you in the room. Let’s create something life-changing together.

The Pathways Summit is a multi-day event that helps women entrepreneurs with limited resources start, grow, and expand their businesses. It's a supportive place where they can connect with mentors, investors, and other experts. Through workshops and networking, attendees learn practical skills and gain the confidence to succeed.

Time Commitment

The time commitment is flexible as some meetings may be during business hours and others will happen after hours, depending on the volunteer teams' availability. Weekly commitment is approximately 2-3 hours.

We have a variety of volunteer roles available, including:

• Website & App Team: Digital Presence Team (Website & App Development & Management)
• Sales & Marketing Team: Sales & Marketing (Promoting the Event & Generating Revenue)
• Operations Team: Event Operations (Overall Event Management & Logistics)
• Vendor Team: Event Vendors (Vendor Management)
• Volunteer Team: Event Volunteers (Volunteer Coordination):
• Experience Team: Event Experience (Attendee Engagement & Experience Design):
• Speaker & Partnership Team: Speakers & Partners (Content & Speaker Management):
• Production Team: Event Productions (Technical Production & Stage Management):
