Packing Art Supplies For School-aged Students

Do you believe in the power of art to support self-expression and critical thinking skills in children? Art in Action is seeking volunteers to help prepare, collate, count, and pack art materials and supplies to send to school-aged children nationwide. This is an in-person volunteer opportunity located at our warehouse in Redwood City, California.

Bring a friend or come on your own and help provide the joy of art to K-8th students.

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years or older
• Available to volunteer for 1-2 hours once a month or weekly
• Available on Mondays through Fridays between 10am and 2pm

Your workplace:

• Small warehouse environment
• Work with friendly, energetic Art in Action staff
• Work is primarily completed seated (counting, collating, preparing art supplies for packing)
• No heavy lifting or moving
