Duties:
- Creates and maintain a sustainable budget for all our campaigns
- Keeps timely records of all incoming and outgoing financial transactions.
- Coordinates all financial, treasury, and accounting paperwork.
- Coordinates all official bank accounts, fundraising accounts and keeps the Board of Directors appraised of all transactions.
- Provides quarterly financial reports to E-Board.
- Files the organization’s taxes with the IRS yearly.
- Collaborates with Local Resources Coordinators to ensure cost-effective acquisition of all things logistics and inventory
- Collaborates with Grant Writing Consultant to prepare and apply for funding grants.
- Collaborates with Fundraising team to brainstorm fundraising ideas and promote all fundraising campaigns
Skills Required:
- Problem solving skills and strategic vision
- Cash management, financial accounting, and corporate finance competence
- Having excellent written and oral communication skills
- Being an excellent team player and team leader
- Having a strong work ethic (submitting high quality work within the deadline)
Requirements:
- 3 hours per week for tasks’ completion and compliance
- Weekly availability to communicate effectively with various teams
- Quaterly Eboard meeting availability
- Full and complete understanding and abiding of the leaders' code of conduct The Leader's Guide
