Companionship Volunteer (Laurelhurst–Portland Area)

Seeking a patient and compassionate volunteer to provide in-person companionship to an adult participant in Portland. The participant uses a wheelchair and lives with cognitive impairment, sometimes becoming overwhelmed by unexpected situations. Visits will focus on calm interaction, emotional support, and maintaining a sense of comfort and stability. Ideal for someone observant, respectful of boundaries, and comfortable working alongside care staff. Flexible schedule.
