Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (posting job ads, screening applications, conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates)
• Source applicants through various mediums including cold outreach, social media, and headhunting
• Collaborating with committee members to discuss talent needs.
• Attend weekly team meetings every Tuesdays and Saturdays at 10:30 am and 10am MDT

Qualifications

• Any experience or studies relating to Talent Acquisition or Human Resources is an asset
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills
