Hospice Volunteer Needed for Houston Area

Our locally owned Home Health & Hospice company is growing fast, and we are in need of both hospice patient care and administrative volunteers in the Houston area. Our patient care volunteers are an important part of the patient care team providing companionship, comfort and joy to our patients in either a 1-1 or group setting. We often receive requests from care facilities to help with group activities like bingo, crafts and more! If you have any special talent (i.e. music, art, etc), we would love to share that with our patients as well.

Volunteers will benefit from this experience by attaining a renewed appreciation in the gift of life, and how fragile it really is. Being a hospice volunteer is one of the most rewarding, and saintly tasks in the whole world. We will guide you through orientation and accompany you on your first patient visit to ensure you feel comfortable with the experience.
