Do you need volunteer hours for school, clubs, and scout troops?
Camp YI will have a Volunteer Weekend Saturday, March 28 and Sunday, March 29th from 10am-4pm. Volunteers will help clean cabins and prepare for opening on April 7th for our spring group retreats and upcoming summer camp sessions which begin May 31st. Always a fun time and a great way to give back!
Volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Camp is located at the very end of Jones Mill Rd. Continue down the road, past Poole Knobs boat ramp and Campground until you see a large gate at the end and on the left. Continue to follow the gravel driveway past the barn and through main camp until you see a parking area near two large building and our swimming pool. Please contact 615-504-5419 or 615-982-2323 if you are lost or heading further directions.

For Volunteers 18 and Older
Simply complete the Volunteer Application Form. Once submitted, our staff will review your information and contact you with next steps or assignment details.
For Volunteers Under 18
Volunteers must be at least 15 years old and have parental or guardian consent to participate.
Here’s how the process works:
- Complete the Volunteer Application Form.
- After submitting, you will be directed to a link for the Parental Consent & Authorization Form.
- A parent or guardian must complete and submit this form before your application can be reviewed or approved.
- Once consent is received, our staff will follow up with additional information, schedules, or volunteer assignments.
This two-step process ensures proper documentation, safety, and communication for all youth volunteers.
