Who We Are

Creshendo is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering displaced populations through training, storytelling, and community-led programs. We believe in building pathways shaped by those with lived experience, not just by institutions.

Why This Role Matters

Too many integration programs are designed without input from the very people they serve. This pilot is different. By joining as a Pilot Program Participant, you will co-create a training initiative that reflects real needs, real experiences, and real dignity. Your voice will help shape a national program that supports refugees and immigrants across the U.S.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Participate in live virtual sessions twice a week for 5 weeks.
• Thursdays (evening) and Saturdays (morning), 60–90 minutes each.
• Share feedback after each session to improve the curriculum.
• Provide insights on what feels practical, clear, and trauma-aware.
• Help ensure the program is designed with, not just for, immigrant communities.

What You Bring

• Spanish-speaking adults with lived experience of migration or displacement.
• Individuals who can commit to attending all sessions during the 5 weeks.
• Community members who want to shape better programs for others like them.

We prioritize lived experience over professional experience. Your insight is your qualification.
