Giving Hope, a global impact nonprofit based in New Orleans, is dedicated to changing lives through love. Our mission is simple: to give glory to God and to promote human dignity. Through the tireless efforts of our staff, volunteers, and corporate partners, we feed, clothe, house, and provide fellowship to those in need, in our community and around the world.

As a Pantry Support Volunteer, includes working directly with the community doing various tasks that support the food pantry.

This is an in-person role, averaging 15 hours per week. Shifts available at 2 locations:

Giving Hope Stephen F Stumpf- M & W - 9 am - 2 pm

Giving Hope Eastbank - T - F 8 am - 1 pm & Sat 9 am - 12 pm

Requested length of service through June 2024

Volunteer tasks include:

• making boxes
• stocking food
• loading & unloading
• assisting clients w/ food boxes
• *must be able to lift at least 5pds
