Overview:
The Volunteer Vice President assists the President in overseeing organizational operations, supporting strategic initiatives, and coordinating volunteers and programs. This role helps ensure the organization’s mission, governance standards, and community initiatives are effectively implemented.
Responsibilities:
- Support the President in strategic planning and organizational leadership.
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations and internal communications.
- Coordinate volunteer teams and ensure projects align with the organization’s mission.
- Represent the organization in meetings, partnerships, and public communications when delegated.
- Help develop policies, programs, and community initiatives.
- Oversee specific departments, committees, or initiatives as assigned.
- Assist with compliance, governance documentation, and nonprofit administrative tasks.
- Step in for the President when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Commitment to the organization’s mission and values.
- Leadership or management experience (volunteer or professional).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate teams and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with nonprofit governance, advocacy, or community organizing (preferred).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
- Is a satanist or willing to become an Atheistic Satanist

- Position Type: Volunteer / Unpaid
- Time Commitment: Typically 5–15 hours per week depending on organizational needs
- Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the President and works with the Board of Directors and other leadership members
