Communications Coordinator

Tiny Cat Animal Rescue is seeking a Communications Coordinator to manage digital content and messaging. This role focuses on social media and written communications that promote adoptions, fundraising campaigns, and organizational updates. The Communications Coordinator works closely with the Director of Engagement to ensure content is timely, clear, and consistent.

What You’ll Do

• Create and schedule posts for TCAR’s social media platforms
• Draft adoption spotlights and campaign messaging
• Collaborate on content planning for campaigns and events
• Monitor and respond to comments and inquiries in a professional manner
• Highlight foster and adoption success stories
• Maintain a consistent tone and visual presence across platforms

Ideal Qualities

• Strong writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook (experience with other platforms a plus)
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable engaging with the public online
• Collaborative and responsive

Commitment

• Approximately 2–4 hours per week, flexible and remote-friendly
