Summary:
Brainstorming ideas, executing and evaluating youth-focused music and arts initiatives. This role ensures programs align with the organization’s mission and run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and carry out youth (ages 12-25) music and art-based programs
- Oversee program logistics, budgets, and timetables.
- Oversee volunteers and program assistants.
- Work together with artists, community partners, and schools.
- Track and assess the results and efficacy of the program.
- Create reports for stakeholders and funders.
Skills Required:
- Experience in youth development or arts programming
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
