Descrição

We are seeking a dedicated Volunteer Board Treasurer to join our Board of Directors and help ensure the financial health and sustainability of our growing organization.

Responsibilities

Oversee the organization’s financial health.
Review budgets and financial reports.
Assist with annual budgeting and financial planning.
Ensure financial accountability and transparency.
Advise the Board on financial matters.
Support fundraising and grant initiatives.
Help maintain compliance with nonprofit financial regulations.

Qualifications

Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, banking, or business is preferred but not required.
Passion for nonprofit work and helping transplant patients.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to attend virtual board meetings.
Commitment to ethical leadership.

After review, selected candidates will be invited to a short introductory Zoom conversation to discuss alignment, expectations, and commitment level.
