Descrição
You can assist senior adults who are striving to age in place in their homes by facilitating, or co-facilitating, evidenced-based health and wellness classes.
Senior Connections will provide you with the training and support you need to lead an evidence-based class in the Polk County, Florida area. Although classes are currently offered virtually; classes will transition to face-to-face learning in the future.
There are several classes to choose from and you select the time that aligns best with your schedule.
Classes include:
- Matter of Balance
- Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention
- Healthy Eating Every Day
- Active Living Every Day
- Bingocize
