Descrição
- Work with our amazing Transportation team members to pick up donated furniture and household goods and deliver to Home of Our Own (HOOO) clients.
- Assist with assembly or disassembly of furniture when needed.
- Place furniture in clients' homes as directed, turning empty rooms into welcoming spaces.
- Enjoy the smiles of families who now have a furnished, dignified place to call home!
- Pickups and deliveries are usually scheduled during weekdays between 8 am and 4 pm.
- Each weekend, volunteers indicate times they are available for the coming week.
Volunteers for this role should live in or near the area we serve -- Howard County Maryland.
