Unlike most attorney directories and legal staffing platforms, we will not charge you to be found, nor will we take a percentage of what you earn. Talking Tree is nonprofit, mission-driven, and funded independently, so when a client selects you, that relationship is yours.

How It Works

You pass a brief qualification interview, get listed in our vetted attorney directory, and will receive direct outreaches from Talking Tree clients who need legal support based on your area of specialty. No middleman. No cut taken. No monthly fees.

Who We're Looking For

Experienced fractional commercial counsel running their own independent practice, with at least 5 years of experience and at least one of the following:

• 3+ years at an AmLaw 100 firm
• 3+ years as in-house counsel at a Fortune 500 company
• 3+ years as General Counsel
• 3+ years as a federal government attorney
• Law professor

Attorneys on our platform commit to rates between $100-$500/ hr, making quality legal services accessible to the entrepreneurs who need it most.
