Legal and Compliance Officer

GoWithFund is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal and Compliance Officer volunteer. This is an exceptional opportunity for a legal professional to contribute their expertise to an impactful cause, ensuring our operations adhere to the highest standards of legality and ethical conduct.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on NGO operations, policies, and programs.
• Develop and implement compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations, ensuring GoWithFund's ongoing compliance.
• Assist with contract review and drafting.
• Conduct internal compliance audits and risk assessments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree or equivalent.
• Experience in a legal or compliance role (can include internships or pro bono work).
• Strong understanding of legal principles and excellent research skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
