REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE:
- Provide KCCB with the completed City of San Jose Waiver via KCCB Google Forms prior to the event. No waiver, no participation.
- Must acknowledge that you are 15+ years of age and you are here on your own time, and if you are under 15 years of age that you will have an adult responsible for you, with you during the event.
